THE HOWARD MACHINERY PLC & SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN (1980)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person
who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any
benefit from, or interest in the above-named Plan, by reason of his or her own, or
a relative’s or any other person’s full part time employment with Howard Machinery
plc & Subsidiary Companies, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his
or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of
birth) to William M. Mercer, 5 Bedford Park, Croydon CR9 2ZT, marked for the attention
of K. M. Keepen (acting for the Trustees of the Plan). Such particulars to arrive
no later than two months from the publication date of this advertisement. The Trustees
intend to distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto having
regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice as
soon as possible after that date, and will not be liable to any other person.
