Notice of Intended Dividends

I, Ian Brown, of Deloitte & Touche, Gainsborough House, 34-40 Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6AE, Joint Liquidator of L R Hall Limited (In Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation) (“the Company”) hereby give notice to all Creditors of the Company, pursuant to Rule 11(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a Final Dividend on 9 July 1999. Any Creditor of the Company wishing to prove in the liquidation that has not already done so, should lodge a proof of debt at the above address by no later than 11th June 1999.
