NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1949 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE, PARISHES OF REDGRAVE AND SOUTH LOPHAM, COUNTIES OF NORFOLK AND SUFFOLK
Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 19 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 and section 35 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 that by the Redgrave and Lopham Fen National Nature Reserve No. 2 Declaration made on 20th May 1999, the Nature Conservancy Council for England declared that the land containing 127.19 hectares or thereabouts situated in the Parishes of Redgrave and South Lopham in the counties of Norfolk and Suffolk and shown on the plan attached to the said Declaration, is being held by the Suffolk Wildlife Trust and managed as a nature reserve. Certified copies of the Redgrave and Lopham Fen No. 2 Declaration 1999 have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Suffolk County Council, St. Edmund House, County Hall, Ipswich IP4 1LZ; Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich; Mid Suffolk District Council, Council Offices, 131 High Street, Needham Market, Ipswich IP6 8DL; Breckland District Council, Elm Road, Thetford, Norfolk and at the offices of the Nature Conservancy Council for England at Northminster House, Peterborough PE1 1UA. 20th May 1999.
