THE TRUSTS OF A VOLUNTARY SETTLEMENT DATED 27TH MARCH 1919 MADE BY EDWARD JUDSON MILLS AND THE EXECUTORS OF JOHN THOMAS KERKHAM
PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the property, subject to the trusts of the above-mentioned Instrument, whereof John Hodson, of Summerfields, Hurtmore Road, Godalming, Surrey GU7 2RA, Gaius Douglas, of 143 Westwood Road, Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire RG3 6LH, David Hodson, of 36 Elmgate Drive, Little Down, Bournemouth, Dorset BH7 7EG, and John Sadler, of 14 Highlands Close, Chalfont St. Peter, Buckinghamshire SL9 0DR are the present Trustees, is hereby required to send the particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Trustees on or before 23rd July 1999, after which date the said Trustees will proceed to distribute the trust property and make any consequential conveyances of any part thereof amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which the said Trustees shall then have had notice.
