Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
YORKSHIRE MOWERS LIMITED PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME
TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person
(including any former part-time employee (or his or her dependants)) of the Companies
participating in the Yorkshire Mowers Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme) having
an entitlement to benefit under the trust documentation governing the Yorkshire Mowers
Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme or a claim against the Trustees of the Yorkshire
Mowers Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme is required to send particulars in
writing of his or her claim to the Trustees, whose address is Pinsent Curtis Independent
Trustees Limited, 41 Park Square North, Leeds LS1 2NS, on or before 1st August 1999,
after which date the Trustees will apply the assets of the Scheme among the persons
entitled to them having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have
had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them
so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they shall not then
have had notice.
Note. Any Member of the Yorkshire Mowers Limited Pension and Life Assurance Scheme who
has already received correspondence from the Trustees need not notify their interest
as the Trustees are already aware of it.
