PURPOSE BUILT LIMITED PENSION FUND (“the Fund”)

Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Fund is required to send particulars in writing to The Trustees of the Purpose Built Limited Pension Fund, c/o I S Cartwright & Co, The Old Mill, Mill Lane, Godalming, Surrey GU7 1EY, before 24th July 1999, after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Fund among the persons entitled having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not then have notice.
