NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A LICENCE TO ABSTRACT WATER

Take notice that Mr. Ben Pascoe, of Cucurrian Farm, Ludgvan, Penzance, Cornwall TR20 8AP, is applying to the Environment Agency to vary licence serial number 15/48/24/G/149, which authorises the abstraction of water from Granite Strata at National Grid Reference SW 5082/3480, SW 5065/3465, SW 5052/3469 at Cucurrian Farm, Ludgvan, Cornwall TR20 8AP. The variation being applied for is 5,590 cubic metres abstracted from 2 boreholes, 1 Seepage Fed Excavation and 1 Tap Fed Spring during the eclipse period. A copy of the application and any map, plans and other documents submitted with it may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours at Cucurrian Farm, Ludgvan between 27th May 1999 and 25th June 1999. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Agency, Sir John Moore House, Victoria Square, Bodmin, Cornwall PL31 1ED, before the end of the said period, quoting the name of the applicant.
