Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 13th April 1999, and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 30th April 1999, JOE VAN PRAAG, of 51 Black Lion Lane, London W6 9BG, a minor and a British citizen formally and absolutely renounce and abandoned the forenames of Archie Lucas and assumed and adopted and intend on all occasions to use and subscribe the forename of Joe instead of the forenames Archie Lucas so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Joe Van Praag exclusively.
