Unemployed, residing at 82 Carr Lane, Willerby, East Riding of Yorkshire, and formerly carrying on business with others under the style of Apex Insurance (Selby), at 10 Park Street, Selby YO8 0PW, and formerly carrying on business with another under the style of Apex Insurance (Hessle), at 2 First Lane, Hessle HU13 9EA, and formerly carrying on business with another under the style of Apex Insurance (Goole), at 49 Pasture Road, Goole DN14 6BP, and formerly carrying on business with another under the style of Apex Insurance (Harworth), at 95 Scrooby Road, Bircotes, Doncaster DN11 8JN, and formerly carrying on business with another under the style of Apex Insurance (Thorne), at 32 King Street, Thorne DN8 8BQ, as an Insurance Agent. I, Gerald Maurice Krasner, of Bartfield & Co., Burley House, 12 Clarendon Road, Leeds LS2 9NF, give notice that I have been duly appointed as the Trustee of the Estate of the above-mentioned Bankrupt by Meeting of Creditors on 29th April 1999. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me, and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me. Creditors who have not proved their debt must forward their proofs of debt to me by 14th October 1999. Under section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986, I am required to give notice that it is my intention to call a Meeting of Creditors on 14th July 1999, at 11 a.m. at this office, for the purposes of establishing a Creditors Committee and approving the Resolution that the Trustee’s fees may be drawn on the basis of time spent by the Trustee and staff in attending to matters which may arise during the administration of the Bankruptcy.
