Directors of the Applicant: William Andrew Tinkler and William Anthony Cleasby. The Rail Regulator hereby gives notice in accordance with section 7(4) of the Railways Act 1993, that he proposes to grant the Applicant an exemption from the requirement to hold a non-passenger licence, which would otherwise be required for the operation of trains in connection with certain maintenance activities, on the grounds that it is not appropriate for the full licensing provisions to be applied to such operations.
