Notice of Intended Dividends

CAPSTEAD CONTROLS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidators of the above-named Company intend paying a First and Final Dividend to unsecured and non-preferential Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 10th July 1999, to submit their proofs of debt to J. J. Gleave of Bank House, 9 Charlotte Street, Manchester M1 4EU, the Liquidator of the Company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt before the date mentioned above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not particpated in it, the first dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt is approved.
