I, Peter Alan Langard, being Liquidator of the above-named Company, hereby give notice that I intend within 4 months of 19th July 1999, to make payment by way of Final Distribution to Preferential Creditors. Any Preferential Creditor who has not submitted their claim to me by 16th July 1999 will be excluded from such distribution.
