THE DEE GROUP MONEY PURCHASE PENSION PLAN

The Trustees of the Dee Group Plc Employee Benefits Plan and the Dee Group Money Purchase Pension Plan (“the Plans”) hereby give notice that they intend to distribute the assets of the Plans among all persons entitled to benefits. Anyone who believes that they are entitled to benefits from the Plans or have any other claim against the Plans and who has not already notified the Trustees of their claims should write to Aon Consulting, 15 Minories, London EC3N 1NT (Ref. Marcus Tester).
