Notice of Intended Dividends

In the High Court of Justice.  No. 2778 of 1993 BRAIN HAULAGE LIMITED A First and Final Dividend amounting to £1 per £1 is to be paid to preferential Creditors and a First Interim Dividend for unsecured Creditors is intended to be declared in the above matter within 4 months of 25th June 1999. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in the above matter must do so by 25th July 1999, or will be excluded from this dividend.
