Notice under the Trustee Act 1925

THE EGERTON TRUST GROUP PENSION PLAN (formerly called The G. Percy Trentham Limited Retirement Benefits Plan)

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, notice is given that any Member, other beneficiary, Creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of The Egerton Trust Group Pension Plan (formerly called The G. Percy Trentham Limited Retirement Benefits Plan), is required to send to The Trustee of the Egerton Trust Group Pension Plan, c/o Barnett Waddingham & Company, Bow Bells House, Bread Street, London EC4M 9HN (for the attention of Ms. Louise Jago), on or before 10th September 1999, written particulars of the claim. After that date the Trustee will proceed to secure the benefits of anyone claiming under the Plan having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice. In respect of the assets of the Plan so used the Trustee will not be liable to anyone of whose claim it then has had no notice. If you are or claim to be a Member or other beneficiary or Creditor of, or claimant against, the Plan and you reply to this notice, please give your full name, address, date of birth and National Insurance number. If the Trustee or the Plan’s administrators are already in contact with you (for example if you have received correspondence from them within the last 18 months, or you are receiving a pension from the Plan) please do not respond to this notice since your interest has already been noted.
