Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE FEE GROUP PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME (“THE SCHEME”)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee of the Scheme is winding-up the Scheme. Any former full-time or part-time employees of J & J Fee Limited, Fee Plant Limited or Wilson and Haigh Limited (“the Companies”) who may be entitled to benefits as a Member or beneficiary of the Scheme, are required to write to A. D. C. Turnbull, of Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds LS1 2HL. Claimants should, before 30th August 1999, provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for any of the Companies and any documents supporting their claim. Please note that notification is not required from Members who are already receiving a pension from the Scheme or who have been sent announcements by the Trustee. In addition, if any person or persons other than Members or former Members of the Scheme have any other claim against or interest in the Scheme, they are required to write to Mr. Turnbull at the above address setting out particulars of such claim in writing before 30th August 1999. After 30th August 1999, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior notice and will not as regard to the assets so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim it does not have notice.
