Notice of Intended Dividends

MARLER BERRY LIMITED (formerly Marler, Berry & Chettleburgh Limited)

Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a Third and Final Dividend to unsecured, non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 5th July 1999. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 31st July 1999, to send their proofs of debt to Robin Michael Addy and David Robert Wilton, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Atrium, St. Georges Street, Norwich NR3 1AG, the Joint Liquidators of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary. A Creditor who has not provided his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend. R. M. Addy and D. R.
