Notice is hereby given that it is my intention, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, to declare a First and Final Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 31st August 1999. All Creditors who have not yet submitted claims are requested to lodge a proof of debt together with a statement of claim with the undersigned, Walter Ward, 29 Welbeck Street, London W1M 8DA, Liquidator of the above-named Company, no later than 5th August 1999, which is the last date for proving. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the specified date will be excluded from the Dividend. The Dividend is expected to be £0.2438 pence in the £. W. Ward, Liquidator 5th July 1999.
