Notice of Intended Dividends

KENTISH PROPERTY GROUP PLC

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to preferential and unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. Any Creditor who has not yet filed a claim is required, on or before 18th August 1999, to send his proof of debt to the undersigned R. A. Powdrill, of Deloitte & Touche, Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, the Liquidator of the Company and to provide details or produce documentary or other evidence in support of their claim. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the Dividend. The Dividend will be declared within four months from 18th August 1999.
