Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 16 Croftdown Road, Harborne, Birmingham B17 8RB, on 1st September 1999, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of laying before the Meeting an account of the winding-up showing how it has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, and giving any explanations, and agreeing that the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the said Act.
