Notice is hereby given that I, Myles Antony Halley, Joint Liquidator of the above-named Company, intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the Creditors in the Liquidation within four months of 30th July 1999. Any Creditor who has not yet lodged a proof of debt in this matter must do so by 13th August 1999, or will be excluded from the Dividend.
