Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the B. Mason & Sons Limited (1978) Works Pension & Life Assurance Scheme established by a Trust Deed dated 30th May 1978, is required to send particulars of his claim or interest to the Solicitors to the Trustees at the address given below before 30th September 1999; after which date the assets of the said Plan will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
