Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 25th June 1999, and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 29th June 1999, I, ANESTA ALICIA McQUEEN, of 108 Greenwood Avenue, Enfield, Middlesex EN3 5DX, divorced, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section 6, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Harris, and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of McQueen instead of the surname of Harris so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Anesta Alicia McQueen exclusively.
