Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 10th June 1999, and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 23rd June 1999, TAMMY ELIZABETH THOMAS, of 19 Myrtle Road, Aldermoor, Southampton, Hampshire SO16 5GP, single, a British Citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 1(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Pell and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Thomas instead of the surname of Pell, so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Tammy Elizabeth Thomas exclusively.
