Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 29th May 1999 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 9th June 1999, I, BADEN PAUL COCKER HARRISON, of 40 Kingsley Drive, Netherfield, Nottingham NG4 2PJ, single, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 11 formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Cocker and have assumed the and adopted and intend to use on all occasions to use and subscribe the surnames of Cocker Harrison instead of the surname Cocker so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Baden Paul Cocker Harrison exclusively. 29th May 1999.
