Notice is hereby given that by Deed Poll dated 30th March 1999, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 18th May 1999, Pamela Anne Joan Banham, as mother of SEAN RONALD BANHAM and KERRY ANN BANHAM, minors and British subjects, both of 66 Queens Road, Southend-on-Sea, in the county of Essex, abandoned the surname of Proctor and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Banham.
