Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend in the above Liquidation. Those Creditors not having claimed in the Liquidation may lodge their proof of debt with me at Morton Thornton & Co., Torrington House, 47 Holywell Hill, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1HD, up to 3rd September 1999 (the last date for proving). Those Creditors who do not prove their debt by the last date for proving will be excluded from the Dividend, which I intend to declare within a period of 4 months from that date. D. J.
