Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
THE STAMPINGS ALLIANCE PENSION SCHEME (“The Scheme”)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Scheme is being wound up by its Trustees. Any present or former Members of the Scheme who believe that they are entitled to receive a distribution from the Scheme because of membership of the Scheme or by virtue of being a contingent beneficiary of a Member should contact the Trustees c/o Mrs. C. Hallard, at Cuckoo Road, Nechells, Birmingham B7 5SZ, before 19th November 1999, to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they or the Member under whom they are claiming were Members of the Scheme and any documents supporting their claim. Any Member or beneficiary who has received an announcement from the Trustees within the last year need not make a claim under this notice. In addition, if any other person or persons consider they have any other claims against the Scheme they are requested to write to Mrs. C. Hallard at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing before 19th November 1999. After 19th November 1999 the Trustees of the Scheme may distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not then have notice.
