THE PLANT HEALTH (GREAT BRITAIN) ORDER 1993 (AS AMENDED)

In accordance with section 6 of the Plant Health Act 1967, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food hereby gives notice that the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1993 was amended with effect from 21st August 1999, by the following Order: The Plant Health (Amendment) (England) Order 1999 (SI 1999 No. 2126). Copies of this Order are available from The Stationery Office.
