I, Phillip Anthony Roberts of Goodman Jones Associates, 29-30 Fitzroy Square, London W1P 6LQ, being one of the Joint Liquidators of Peartree Plastics Limited, hereby declare this Notice of Intended Dividend as required by Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986. All Creditors who have not previously proved their debt should do so within the next 28 days, the Last Day for Proving being 7th October 1999, or risk being excluded from any dividend thereafter.
