Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 18th October 1999, to send written details of their claims to Timothy Simon Cockcroft of Polo Arnold, Stoughton House, Harborough Road, Oadby, Leicester LE2 4LP, as Liquidator of the Company. It is my intention to make a distribution to Creditors and any Creditor who has not proved by the date stipulated above will be excluded. The Dividend will be declared, as a first and Final Dividend, within the period of four months from 18th October 1999.
