Notice of Intended Dividends

POT OF GOLD (INTERNATIONAL) LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 20th February 2000. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 20th October 1999, to send their proofs of debt to Neil Andrew Brackenbury and David James Waterhouse, of PricewateerhouseCoopers, Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP, the Joint Liquidators of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such furtheer details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.
