Notice of Intended Dividends

DANCON DANISH CONTRACTING AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured, non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 27th January 2000. Creditors who have not yet done so are required within the next 21 days, on or before 18th October 1999, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, C. Morris of Deloitte & Touche, PO Box 810, Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, the Joint Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the First Dividend.
