Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a dividend to unsecured Creditors herein within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Accordingly, all unsecured Creditors who have yet to formally lodge their claims should forward their proofs of debt to the Liquidator, I. J. Allan, of Smith & Williamson, No. 1 Riding House Street, London W1A 3AS, before the last day of proving. Failure to do so within the prescribed timescale will exclude Creditors from the dividend which is to be declared. Last Day for Receiving Proofs is 29th October 1999. I. J.
