In accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I hereby give notice that I intend to pay a First Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. All Creditors who have not proved their debt should do so on or before 1st November 1999. It is my intention to declare a dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving.
