PENSION AND LIFE ASSURANCE PLAN OF THE NATIONAL THEATRE BOARD

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Pension and Life Assurance Plan of the National Theatre Board (“the Plan”) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, dates of entry into membership of the Plan to Mrs. M. McGregor, Secretary to the Trustees, c/o Royal National Theatre, South Bank, London SE1 9PX, before 31st December 1999, after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
