Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 93 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held on Friday, 5th November 1999, at 10 a.m., to receive the account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding-up during the twelve months ended on 26th September 1999, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy who need not be a Member of the Company to attend and vote instead of him. 29th September 1999.
