LEOFRIC BROADSPAN BUILDINGS LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME

The Trustees of the Leofric Broadspan Buildings Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is being wound up. Any persons who believe that they have an entitlement to benefits from the Scheme and who have not received a letter dated 5th October 1999 from the Trustees of the Scheme should write to Fountain Trustee Limited, 117 The Headrow, Leeds LS1 5JX, Ref. MEC/MJB, giving details of their claim to benefits under the Scheme. Any claim must be registered by 31st December 1999. No person making a claim after 31st December 1999 who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a beneficiary of the Scheme shall be entitled to benefit from the Scheme.
