Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been presented to Her Majesty in Council by The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund praying for the grant of a Charter of Incorporation. Her Majesty having referred the said Petition to a Committee of the Lords of the Privy Council, all Petitions for or against such grant should be delivered at the Privy Council Office, 2 Carlton Gardens, London SW1Y 5AA, on or before 12th November next.
