WEBLEY & SCOTT PENSION SCHEME (1974)
TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Webley & Scott Pension Scheme (1974) (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. The Scheme was operated by Webley & Scott Limited (now known as Manfold Trading Limited) and W.W. Greener Limited (now known as Precision Farming Limited) (whose registered offices were both at North Court, Packington Park, Meriden, via Coventry CV7 7HF). The Trustees wish to trace the whereabouts of the following Scheme Members: Nils Brown, P. J. Harris, M. R. Patel, G. D. Powis, B. Singh and these Members together with anyone including former employees and part time employees having any claim against or claim to be beneficially interested in the assets of the Webley & Scott Pension Scheme (1974) are required to send their names, addresses and reasons for their claim in writing to The Secretary, Harris & Sheldon Group Pension Trustees Limited, North Court, Packington Park, Meriden, via Coventry CV7 7HF, on or before 14th December 1999. After this date, the Trustee will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which it has notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person whose claims or demands have not been received by the Trustee. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from Harris & Sheldon Group Pension Trustees Limited.
