Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
DUNN & CO GROUP PENSION SCHEME (formerly Burley House Group Pension Scheme, then Dunn & Co Menswear Group Pension Scheme)
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant power, notice is given that any Member, other beneficiary, Creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Dunn & Co Group Pension Scheme is required to send to the Scheme’s Administrators, Lane Clark & Peacock, 30 Old Burlington Street, London W1X 2NN, on or before 1st February 2000, written particulars of the claim, after which date the Trustee will proceed to secure the benefits of anyone claiming under the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice, and in respect of the assets of the Scheme so used will not be liable to anyone of whose claim it then has had no notice. This notice is also directed to any former employee of Dunn & Co Limited (formerly Hodges Limited, then Dunn & Co Menswear Limited) or any associated Company and who may have a claim against the assets of the Scheme by virtue of having been unlawfully excluded from membership of it. Members of the Scheme and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustee or the Scheme’s Administrators are already in contact need not respond to this notice since their interests have already been noted.
