BRYAN DONKIN FOUNDRY PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim or interest in the Bryan Donkin Foundry Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) are required to send particulars in writing of such a claim or interest to the Trustees of the Scheme c/o Mr. S. Southern, Hammond Suddards Pension Trust Limited, Trinity Court, 16 John Dalton Street, Manchester M60 8HS, on or before 4th January 2000, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distirbute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which it then has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in reciept of a pension from the Scheme, or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from Hamond Suddards Pension Trust Limited. Hammond Suddards Pension Trust Limited, as the Statutory Independent Trustee for an on behalf of the Trustees.
