Notice of Intended Dividends

In the Medway County Court.  No. 34 of 1998 In the Matter of KENT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 Take notice that a Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter, and that if you do not establish your claim to the satisfaction of the Court on or before 26th November 1999, or such later day as the Court may fix, your claim will be expunged, and I shall proceed to make a Final Dividend without regard to such claim.
