Notice of Intended Dividends

VOSPER SHIPREPAIRERS LIMITED

The Liquidator of Vosper Shiprepairers Limited gives notice under the provision of Rule 4.186 and Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a Final Dividend payment to the Creditors of the Company on or before 25th February 2000. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator, Andrew Mark Homan, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, at Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT, by 26th November 1999, which is the last day for submitting claims.
