Notice of Intended Dividends

In accordance with Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I hereby give notice that I intend to pay a Second and Final Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the above-named Company. All Creditors who have not proved their debt should do so before 22nd November 1999. It is my intention to declare a Second and Final Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date for proving. Failure to prove your debt will exclude you from this Dividend.
