BASHOE STAFF PENSION TRUST

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person having any claim or interest in the Bashoe Staff Pension Trust (“the Scheme”) is required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees of the Bashoe Staff Pension Trust, c/o Neil Mitchell, Mitchell Farrar Actuaries & Pension Consultants, The Dock Office, Trafford Road, Salford Quays, Manchester M5 2XB, before 9th February 2000, after which date the assets of the Scheme will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice. Notification is not required from persons currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have correspondence from the Trustees relating to the Scheme’s wind up.
