Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22nd July 1999 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 19th August 1999, HAZEL MARIE WEBSTER, of 7 Toddington Park, Toddington Lane, Littlehampton, West Sussex, who is single, a British citizen, abandoned the name of Hazel Marie Walters and assumed the name of Hazel Marie Webster.
