Notice is hereby given that I, on behalf of my son TONY YIU TUNG WONG, of 22 New Street, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, Torfaen NP44 1EF, formerly called and known by the name of Yiu Tung Wong only, a minor and a citizen of the United Kingdom by birth, give public notice that on 6th August 1999, he assumed and adopted the additional Christian name of Tony and further that such change of name is evidenced by a deed poll dated 6th August 1999, under my hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 1st September 1999.
