Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company, no later than 1st April 2000. This notice supersedes the notice dated 4th March 1999. Creditors who have not yet done so are required within the next 21 days, on or before 1st December 1999, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned J. R. D. Smith, of Deloitte & Touche, PO Box 810, Stonecutter Court, 1 Stonecutter Street, London EC4A 4TR, the Joint Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the first dividend. Joint Liquidator 10th November 1999.
