THE PRIMESIGHT STAFF PENSION TRUST
Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim or interest in the Primesight Staff Pension Trust (“the Scheme”) are required to send particulars of such claim or interest in writing by registered post to the Trustees of the Primesight Staff Pension Trust, c/o Brain Tatch, 14 Branscombe Gardens, Winchmore Hill, London N21 3BN, within two months of the date below. The Trustees of the Scheme will distribute the remaining Scheme assets in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed and Rules of the Scheme among the Members and any other persons entitled to benefit having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not in respect of the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claims they shall not have had notice. Any person who has already been notified of having an entitlement under the Scheme or who has made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustees. 22nd November 1999.
